PERMITTING & REGULATORY COMPLIANCE
ACI has extensive experience in preparing regulatory compliance document and permit applications. Our experience extends to virtually all major federal rules pertaining to air, water, waste water, hazardous materials, solid and hazardous wastes, and clean-up. We are also familiar with local and state run programs concerning these same topics.
ACI works closely with federal, state, and local regulatory agencies to assure client compliance with applicable laws and regulations during all phases of environmental projects. ACI has a proven working relationship with regulatory personnel at the EPA and the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality, which will be extremely beneficial for the rapid development of trust and understanding between the regulatory representative and our clients.
